Top team recognized in RealTrends’ The Thousand

The Yeatman Group earned national recognition in the 2026 RealTrends The Thousand rankings, an annual list of the top 1,000 real estate professionals and teams in the United States. This year marked a significant milestone for the team, which moved into the mega team category, the largest team classification in the rankings, while maintaining a top 10 national finish.

Led by Kyle Yeatman, The Yeatman Group was recognized among the nation’s top-performing mega real estate teams based on its 2025 sales performance, ranking No. 9 nationally by transaction sides and No. 26 nationally by sales volume. The team also ranked No. 2 in Virginia in both categories.
