This marks the fourth time Holt has received the honor in the five years that she has been eligible, underscoring her consistent leadership and the strength of her team’s results.

The Foster Cup is the company’s highest recognition for its senior leaders, awarded annually to the regions that demonstrates exceptional production, growth and operational excellence. Under Holt’s leadership, her regions not only secured the top distinction, but also achieved first-place recognition in several key categories, including their adoption of the company’s All-Inclusive Real Estate Experience, which simplifies the real estate process by bringing together all the services needed to buy and sell a home. The regions were also recognized for helping more clients than ever before with their mortgage and insurance needs.
