COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA, March 24, 2026 – Southside Virginia Association of REALTORS recently honored fifteen sales associates from the Tri-Cities Southpark office located in Colonial Heights, VA. 

The agents recognized for outstanding sales achievement for 2025 include: Bobby Gray Perkins, Diamond; Rick Tetterton, Platinum; Shanna Cooper, Bronze; Maddie Cox, Bronze; Deanna Denny, Bronze; Jeff Goldston, Bronze; Silvia Johnson, Bronze; Jessica Lindsay, Bronze; David Tucker, Bronze; and Vickie and Larry Team, Bronze Team. In addition, Eileen Knode, Larry Lewis, Kimberly Porter, Nancy Steinke, and KC Terkper were awarded membership in the SVAR Annual Honor Society. Shanna Cooper was entitled to a Life Membership Award for Outstanding Sales.
