Realtor returns to brokerage as Fredericksburg office sales manager
Anna Torres has been appointed sales manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Fredericksburg, Virginia, office. With more than five years of experience in the Fredericksburg real estate market, she brings a demonstrated record of professional excellence and credibility, as well as respected leadership within the local Realtor community.
Torres began her real estate career with Long & Foster in January 2021 and returns to the organization to assume this leadership role, representing a full-circle milestone in her professional journey. Since entering the industry, she has consistently distinguished herself through performance, strategic client advocacy and a commitment to high professional standards. She is currently working toward completion of her broker’s license, further reinforcing her long-term leadership trajectory and commitment to growth.
Torres also holds multiple advanced professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). These credentials underscore her depth of expertise across residential sales, pricing strategy, negotiation and military-affiliated client services, positioning her to effectively lead agents, strengthen operational standards and drive sustained growth for the Fredericksburg office.
Torres is an active member of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR), where she was recognized as 2021 Rookie of the Year. She also volunteers in the local community, serving on the FAAR Awards Committee and staying involved with the FAAR Young Professionals Network. Most recently, Torres served as President of the Fredericksburg Women’s Council of Realtors from 2024-2025, and she continues to champion and support the network through professional development events.

Torres earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Business Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is fluent in the Russian language. Prior to her real estate career, she was a co-founder of an international company that she successfully operated as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for more than a decade, gaining extensive national and global business experience. Torres is also an active real estate investor alongside her husband, managing multiple properties.
A proud military spouse, Torres’s husband, Johnny, has actively served in the U.S. Marine Corps for over 20 years. Together, they are raising three daughters who remain busy and involved in travel soccer and other sports. Outside of work, Torres enjoys home renovation projects, painting, reading and traveling, with Disney and Universal ranking among the family’s favorite destinations.
