COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA, December 12, 2025 – Hundreds of real estate agents and employees with Long & Foster Real Estate, including those at the Tri-Cities Southpark office participated in the company’s Toys for Tots drive this year. The Tri-Cities Southpark office collected more than seventy-five toys to donate to the organization.

“We’re always honored to support Toys for Tots and provide a simple way for our community to give back,” said Nancy Steinke, manager of the Tri-Cities Southpark office. “Each toy collected helps bring joy to a child and reflects Long & Foster’s spirit of giving.”

This year marked the company’s 35th year participating in the holiday collection campaign. Long & Foster’s offices throughout the East Coast worked to collect toys for the organization. Once collected, Toys for Tots distributes the donated toys to children in need through churches and social welfare agencies.
