The Long & Foster Companies has named Ebony Fisher and Pamela Callalli as the 2025 winners of the Wes Foster Award for Employee Excellence. More than 110 employees were nominated this year. The awards celebrate those who live the company’s core values while supporting colleagues, clients and the broader Long & Foster community.
Fisher, a manager of customer experience at HomeServices Property Management, joined the company in 2021. Colleagues praised her as a calm, steady leader who uplifts her team through kindness and unwavering support. Nominations highlighted her mentorship, humor and dedication to creating a workplace where people feel valued and motivated.
Callalli, accounts payable manager at Long & Foster, also joined in 2021. She was recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail and collaborative spirit. Nominators highlighted her calm, supportive approach during change and her ability to deliver high-quality work with positivity, making her a respected and invaluable team member.
