Rodriguez is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. Rodriguez holds membership in the Eastern Shore Association of Realtors.

“I have always done sales/customer service and have always played with the idea of saying I’m going to get my real estate licence. It wasn’t until my 3rd son when I actually went and enrolled. It’s so awesome to now be able to be able to juggle being a full time mother and also work flexible. Helping others means a lot to me also, now especially knowing the process of home buying makes it even that more special to help someone,” Rodriguez said.

Rodriguez was born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey. She is the proud mother of three sons: Patrick (17), Kedrio (9), and Jabarr (3). She attended Arcadia High School and Eastern Shore Community College.

In her free time, Rodriguez enjoys volunteering at the local food bank, spending time with her boys, swimming, and dining out.
