Long & Foster Real Estate has once again been recognized as a Top Workplace by Inside Business. This honor is awarded based solely on feedback from agents and employees, collected through a confidential survey administered by Energage LLC, a leading employee engagement research firm. The survey assesses key aspects of the employee experience, including workplace culture, respect, support, and professional growth opportunities.

This year, over 60 organizations—including businesses, nonprofits, and government entities—were selected as winners in the awards. Long & Foster earned its place in the mid-size business category (100 to 299 employees).
