Brokerage ranked as the top among large companies

Long & Foster Real Estate has once again earned honors as the No. 1 Top Workplace in the Philadelphia Inquirer. This list is based solely on agent and employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by independent research firm Energage LLC, and Long & Foster earned honors in the large company category for workplaces with over 500 area employees.

This was the second consecutive year that Long & Foster was named to the list in the Philadelphia and Delaware Valley, as well as the second consecutive year the all-inclusive real estate brokerage earned first-place ranking among large companies.

“Being named the best place to work means the world to me—because it comes from our team directly. It’s a reflection of the culture we’ve built together, and the energy surrounding our company and its all-inclusive experience. I’m very proud of our team at Long & Foster and humbled to work alongside 1,500 agents in the Tri-State area,” said Ralph DiGuiseppe III, Long & Foster’s regional manager and senior vice president in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Patrick Bain, CEO and president of The Long & Foster Companies, parent company of Long & Foster Real Estate, echoed DiGuiseppe III’s comments, adding, “At Long & Foster, we strive to put people first in all that we do, and this award is proof that we don’t just talk about valuing people, we live it every day.”
