Brokerage earned honor amongst Richmond area large companies for 2025
Long & Foster Real Estate has once again been recognized as an outstanding workplace, earning the No. 1 ranking among large companies on the Richmond Times-Dispatch’s 2025 Top Workplaces list. The prestigious honor is based solely on feedback from agents and employees, collected through a third-party survey conducted by independent research firm Energage LLC.
The confidential survey measures a variety of key drivers of engaged workplace cultures, including whether team members feel respected, supported, empowered, and equipped for success.
“I’m incredibly proud of our team in Richmond for once again earning the No. 1 spot on the Top Workplaces list,” said Dawn Bradley, senior vice president and regional manager of Long & Foster’s Richmond region. “This recognition reflects our continued commitment to building a supportive, empowering environment where our agents and employees can thrive.”
In 2025, over 1,650 organizations were invited to take part in the Richmond Top Workplaces program. Ultimately, 91 were ultimately recognized across four categories—Mega, Large, Midsize, and Small. Long & Foster was honored in the Large category.
“Our Long & Foster family in Richmond truly deserves this incredible recognition,” said Patrick Bain, CEO and president of Long & Foster Companies, parent company of Long & Foster Real Estate. “This No. 1 ranking is a powerful reflection of the passion and dedication our team brings to delivering exceptional service to our clients every single day.”
