Bobby Perkins, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Tri-Cities Southpark office, has earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification.

Awarded by The Real Estate Business Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the RENE certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. The RENE certification program give REALTORS the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients.

“Working toward my Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification has allowed me to take my career to the next level. This training will help me serve my clients in today’s real estate market,” Perkins said.

A real estate professional for twenty-two years, Perkins is active in the Southside Virginia Board of Realtors. In addition, Perkins holds the advanced real estate designations of Graduate Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and e-Pro.
