Long & Foster Real Estate is proud to announce that Ryan Bielat, a sales agent with the Oceanfront/Coastal office, will receive the Platinum award at the Circle of Excellence Gala held by Hampton Roads REALTORS Association (HRRA) in April 2024.

The Circle of Excellence Awards program, sponsored by the HRRA, recognizes outstanding REALTORS who have attained certain production levels and whose real estate licensees and are in good standing with HRRA during the award year.

To achieve a Platinum-level award for Circle of Excellence, an individual must earn at least $260,400 in GCI (Gross Commission Income) for the award year.

Bielat has been a professional in the real estate industry for the past seven years. He currently lives in Virginia Beach with his wife Shawna, and their two daughters.
