Tina Holt, manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Cape Charles office, congratulates Erika Schadt on celebrating her sixth anniversary as a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate.

Schadt has been affiliated with the Cape Charles office for six years and is an active member of the Eastern Shore Association of Realtors. She has a background in the restaurant business and a degree in hospitality management.

Schadt is the mother of two boys and a military wife. She was born in Virginia Beach and raised in Emerald Isle North Carolina. The family moved back to Virginia in 2011 when her husband was stationed in Cape Charles.

In her spare time, Schadt enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially on the boat or at the beach.
