Jennifer Link, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Woodbridge/Prince William Parkway office, has earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification.

Awarded by the National Association of Realtors the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification recognizes that Link successfully completed a course of study that provided a solid base of information designed to further their expertise working with U.S. servicemembers and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.

“So many current and former military service members and their families call Northern Virginia home.  Those who earn the MRP certification have a better understanding of the processes and procedures involved in a military relocation and can guide the service members through the real estate transaction,” Gillis said.

Raised in Florida, Link joined Long & Foster following eight years in new home sales, including four as a regional manager for a national home builder, three years in new home sales and one year in resale for a large real estate broker. After moving to Northern Virginia in 2022, she chose to affiliate with Long & Foster because of its market dominance and myriad services offered to buyers and sellers, all under one roof.

Link is an experienced negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills and an in-depth understanding of contracts and real estate law. Along with her real estate experience, she has exceptional communication skills that she honed as a former public relations executive for a Florida hospital. Committed to public service, Link also served for eight years as an elected member of a school board for one of the largest districts in the country. Her diverse background and skillset allow Link to offer the highest level of real estate service to her clients in Northern Virginia.

Link is the wife of a retired Navy Captain and a devoted mother of three daughters. In her free time, she enjoys serving in her church, CrossFit, traveling and entertaining.
