Riggs has been affiliated with the Charlottesville Historic Downtown/Glenmore office for five years and is an active member of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors. She has proudly served buyers and sellers in Charlotteville, Albemarle County and Central Virginia for 25 years. 

Riggs enjoys time with her three granddaughters when she’s not helping her clients find the perfect home or getting their home ready to market and sell.  Riggs has resided in Charlottesville for almost 46 years.  She loves to follow UVA sports, attend cultural events and hike the beautiful countryside.
