Melissa Dooley, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Kitty Hawk/Outer Banks office, has earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation.
Awarded by the Real Estate Business Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation recognizes that Dooley has completed additional education to sharpen her negotiation skills. Agents with the certification have the information and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients.
Dooley was raised in Detroit and now lives in Chesapeake with her husband. The two enjoy spending time out on the water in their boat.
