Philene James, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Kempsville office, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

Awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the CRS designation recognizes that James is an expert in working within the residential market using a variety of proven tools such as networking to deliver the highest quality and professional service possible to today’s homebuyers and sellers.

James holds the designations of Associate Broker and Accredited Buyers Representative as well as being a member of the Hampton Roads Realtor Association and a multiple-year Circle of Excellence award winner. James also is currently working to obtain her North Carolina license.
