DiGuiseppe III brings 20+ years of local market experience to the management position
Long & Foster Real Estate, the nation’s No. 1 real estate brokerage*, has named Ralph DiGuiseppe III as its Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware markets. A Realtor for over 20 years, DiGuiseppe brings extensive experience in real estate sales and management, as well as new home construction.
“I’m honored to lead the exceptional agents and real estate professionals at Long & Foster,” said DiGuiseppe. “I look forward to getting to know the team personally and professionally, so I can help them to meet their goals and even better support area buyers, sellers, renters and investors.”
DiGuiseppe grew up around the real estate business, with his father who is a general contractor and custom home builder. After a brief stint on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, DiGuiseppe, who has a finance degree, decided to switch gears and obtained his real estate license. He then joined Alliance, a former franchise broker that was acquired by Long & Foster in 2014.
DiGuiseppe built a successful sales business before transitioning into management roles. Most recently, he led the Media and Springfield offices for Long & Foster Real Estate. There, he helped dozens of agents to grow their careers by leveraging all the tools offered by Long & Foster, as well as the support of its leadership team.
“Ralph lives Long & Foster’s culture of trust, family and excellence, and he believes that by putting people first and helping them achieve their goals, we can all succeed,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “That dedication and focus is what built our company into what it is today and what we look for in leaders at our organization. I’m thrilled to welcome Ralph to our leadership team and look forward to collaborating with him in the years ahead.”
DiGuiseppe maintains his broker’s license in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland. In his free time, DiGuiseppe enjoys spending time with his daughter and family, golfing and fishing, as well as visiting his family’s home on the Jersey shore. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, DiGuiseppe is a lifelong resident of Bristol Borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
