Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Kim Bostain to its Grove office in Richmond, Virginia. Bostain will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Kim join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Dawn Bradley, manager of the Grove office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Kim’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
Bostain is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Bostain holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.
“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Participating in our Success Path program has provided Kim with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Brian Haug, regional senior vice president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Kim to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for over 50 years.”
Born and raised in Central Virginia, Bostain spent most of her life in and around real estate. “My mother and father loved buying, selling, renovating, decorating, flipping and renting residential and commercial properties,” said Bostain. “Having assisted them with all aspects of their real estate, it was a natural transition for me to do the same for my own residential and commercial properties throughout the past twenty-five years.”
During and after college, Bostain worked as a paralegal for ten years and for five of those years, she handled the firm’s real estate transactions for the top revenue producing attorney in the firm. Because of that experience and education, she has the knowledge to add value to the financial aspect of your real estate transaction.
As an empty nester, Bostain says she has the time and enthusiasm to be able to devote undivided attention to assisting others in their pursuit of selling and purchasing homes. Knowing a home sale or purchase is the most important transaction most people make, she’s committed to providing a level of expertise that is detail oriented, trustworthy, and is just as important to her as it is to her clients.
