McGoldrick has been affiliated with the Chincoteague office for six years and is an active member of the Eastern Shore Realtors Association as well as Coastal Realtors. He is also a Chair of the Member and Consumer Outreach Committee for the Association. Along with his wife Nikki McGoldrick, the other half of The McGoldrick Team, they were ranked No. 54 in Virginia on America’s Best List for 2019.

Born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania, McGoldrick now resides in Chincoteague, Virginia with his wife and their four children. In their spare time, they enjoy golf, kayaking, cooking or just doing nothing.

When asked what drew him to Real Estate, John stated, “I’ve always lived by a theory in life to never turn down an opportunity. After working in construction most of my life from the age of 16, Patty Woodhurst offered me an opportunity to sell Real Estate and I quickly seized it and never looked back. I am very grateful and have enjoyed every minute of this career path I have chosen.”
