Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Tom Calhoun, recruited by top-producing Blue Bell agent, Art Herling. Calhoun will be working closely with Art Herling in the Blue Bell office. This office is managed by Vice President Janet Rubino. Calhoun will specialize in working with residential home buyers and seller, as well as land development.

Calhoun has been in the real estate business since 1978, when he received his sales license. Calhoun was the broker of record for Moulton Realty from 2007 to 2019. When asked what drew him to work at Long & Foster, Calhoun said, “I plan to use my over 40 years of real estate knowledge to enhance the Art Herling Team. I have developed over 1,000 residential units in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Philadelphia counties.”
Calhoun is a past member of the Pennsylvania Builders Association, as well as the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery counties. He received his Building Officials and Code Administrators (BOCA) certification in 1974.
Calhoun now resides in Lansdale, Pa., with his wife, Mary. They have two daughters, Amanda and Nicole.
