Dawn Bradley, managing broker of Long & Foster’s Grove Avenue office and Kristin Krupp, managing broker of the company’s Village of Midlothian office, were recently elected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors for the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR).
After 25 years in the banking industry, Bradley began her career with Long & Foster in 2002. She has been the managing broker of Long & Foster’s Grove Avenue office since 2011. Bradley has served on the RAR board from 2011 to 2017 and was its president in 2016.
Bradley has won numerous awards including recipient of Long & Foster’s “Foster Cup” award for excellence and achievement in 2013 and Virginia Association of Realtor’s “Manager of the Year” in 2016. Bradley looks forward to taking an active role in planning the future of the RAR to insure its direction and policies continue to serve the membership.
A 14 year real estate veteran, Krupp has been the managing broker of Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian office since May 2017. Krupp is a graduate of the RARs Leadership Development Academy and has served on their MLS, Budget and Finance, and Legislative committees. In 2017, Krupp also served on the Virginia Association of Realtor’s Team Work Group.
Krupp is currently participating in the Maestro Leadership Training program with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, which is a six month, intensive leadership development program for managing brokers. Krupp’s many years of experience in the industry will help the RAR to make an impact and on how its members conduct business and become better citizens within the community.
