Long & Foster Real Estate has appointed Dave Wills as the branch manager of its Warrenton, Virginia, office. Wills, who previously served as the Warrenton office’s sales manager, is a longtime resident of the Warrenton area. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry to his new position and is well respected in the local Realtor community.

Wills entered the real estate industry as an appraiser in 2002, and he transitioned to real estate sales in 2010, when he joined the Long & Foster family. In the time since, he has built a successful real estate business, helping area buyers and sellers. A part of Long & Foster’s leadership team since 2015, he has played a role in agent development, recruitment and training.  Wills has also focused on growing the company’s brand in the local market, and he looks forward to expanding these programs and other efforts in his new position.
