Leading real estate team named top on social by Property Spark
Social media has changed the way that people engage and communicate with one another, and Kathleen Kellett-Ward and her real estate team at Long & Foster Real Estate have long recognized the value it brings to their clients, prospective customers and community. Their social media efforts have not gone unnoticed in the industry, and the team was recently named as one of the Top 100 Real Estate Teams on Social Media by Property Spark this year.
Property Spark, a social media and lead management firm, conducted independent research to identify the best real estate teams on social media. The company researched hundreds of real estate teams, examining data and analytics about their social presence across various channels. Their final criterion evaluated the teams’ social media presence based on subjective variables. According to Property Spark, these 100 winners “have taken over their city’s real estate market by further enhancing their presence on social media.”

In addition to this most recent award, Kellett has been recognized as a top selling realtor in the greater Augusta area of Virginia for several years. She has earned other honors such as REAL Trends’ America’s Best Real Estate Agents and the News Virginian’s Valley Favorites award for six consecutive years. She also is a member of Long & Foster’s Gold Team, a production club for top-producing Realtors, and she is part of Long & Foster’s Top 100, a prestigious group of the company’s top 100 associates by sales volume and units. Kellett-Ward runs one of the top-selling real estate teams in Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County.
