Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Traci Cole to its Ocean Front office, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Cole will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Cole successfully completed Long & Foster’s STEP Builders program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating, and more. Cole holds membership in the Virginia Association of Realtors.

Cole came to Virginia Beach by way of Massachusetts where she worked in sales and marketing for medical research, both domestically and in many international markets. This experience offered her an insight into different cultures and other ways of doing things in addition to developing two simple rules. The first is to always listen carefully to people in order to truly understand their wants and needs and the second is to put these ahead of all else. Because of this she was awarded the top sales and marketing person for several years. This philosophy became a vital part of her life as well as something she brings to her real estate practice. Cole finds these rules especially helpful with her main customer base – her three children, husband and her puppy, Brady. She is passionately involved in special education as well as being a self-proclaimed foodie. Cole said she is excited and looking forward to working with clients on making their real estate dreams come true.
