Long & Foster Real Estate announced today that 11 of its sales agents and teams were honored as top producers among real estate professionals across the country by REAL Trends. The real estate news organization recognizes the country’s highest producing teams and individual agents by sales volume and transaction sides in its annual The Thousand list, which is featured in a special advertising section of The Wall Street Journal.
Two of Long & Foster’s agents made the list for independent real estate professional by transaction sides, including Charity Cox of Staunton, Virginia, at No. 105 and Darin Greear of Blacksburg, Virginia at No. 219. A number of the company’s teams made the ranks as well, including The Creig Northrop Team, the Art Herling team, Debbie Dogrul and Associates, the Heller Coley Reed team and The Maryland Group.
The Creig Northrop Team, which has multiple offices in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., regions, ranked No. 1 in closed sales volume and No. 3 in the number of closed transaction sides. The Art Herling team of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, ranked No. 34 in closed transaction sides and No. 62 in closed sales volume. Debbie Dogrul and Associates of Fairfax, Virginia, ranked No. 44 in closed sales volume and No. 79 in closed transaction sides. The Maryland Group, which has offices throughout Maryland as well as in Delaware, was awarded the No. 101 slot based on closed transaction sides. Five additional Long & Foster Real Estate teams were also ranked among REAL Trends’ The Thousand, as listed below.
