Seasoned Top Producers will serve Lynchburg/Forest area home buyers and sellers

Prior to joining Long & Foster’s Lynchburg office, Callaway, Howard, and Ferguson, were each affiliated with Keller Williams Realty and are experienced in serving clients in Lynchburg, Forest, and surrounding areas in Central Virginia.

Callaway has been in the real estate business since 2011, and holds a bachelor of science in engineering and a master’s degree in business. He has past experience working as a plant engineer for a Fortune 500 company and in capital equipment sales. A former commercial print shop owner, Callaway has successfully incorporated his management, finance and accounting skills into his career as a successful sales associate. He aims to become a trusted ally for his clients who are selling or purchasing homes.

Howard, an associate broker, has been a real estate professional for nine years and a consistent million-dollar top producer. She holds the professional designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). A Lynchburg area resident for more than 25 years, Howard is married with two children. A former teacher, she is actively involved in volunteering at the Liberty Christian Academy where her children attend, and enjoys watching her children’s sports activities, volunteering for the Girl Scouts, and traveling.
