Steps We’re Taking to Address COVID-19 for Our Insurance Clients

As we all come together in the face of the unprecedented challenges presented by the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to let you know that the Long & Foster Insurance team is here for you.

The health and safety of our customers and associates is our top priority, and that’s why we’ve taken the following steps to help slow the spread of the virus while ensuring we can still help with your insurance questions and needs.

We’re open for business, but we’ve closed our offices. Following the social distancing recommendations from the CDC, we’ve closed Long & Foster’s offices throughout our markets until April 3.

Our insurance teams are using technology to stay connected with clients. All members of the insurance team, including our Customer Service Center, are available by telephone and email during our normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

We remain ready to serve and are here to support all your insurance needs. If you experience an insurance loss, need to file a claim or ask questions, please contact your Insurance Manager, our Customer Service Center or your insurance carrier directly.

Our licensed insurance experts are available to review your current coverage. With so many of our clients teleworking or taking leave, it presents an opportunity to review your insurance policies for potential savings.
