Stacey Cousineau Named Sales Manager at Long & Foster’s Lexington Park Office

Stacey Cousineau, a real estate professional for over 10 years, has been named sales manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Lexington Park office, located in California, Md. Cousineau, who brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well-respected in the local Realtor community. Long & Foster Real Estate is the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States.

Cousineau has been in the real estate industry since 2003 and began her real estate career with the Long & Foster family in Waldorf, Md. Since then, she has achieved great success in the business, supporting all types of clients from first-time homebuyers to individuals relocating to the area. In her new position at the Lexington Park office, she will work closely with Dontae Carroll, regional manager for Long & Foster’s southern Maryland division. Carroll currently heads the Lexington Park location, and Cousineau will support him, as well as the office’s real estate agents in their training, business development and other efforts.

In addition to her real estate sales experience, Cousineau previously managed a title company and an accounting firm and assisted an attorney who specialized in real estate transactions, providing her with diverse knowledge of the real estate business. Cousineau also continually works to advance her knowledge and skill set by successfully completing continuing education classes. She currently holds the professional designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), e-PRO certification, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR) and the Internet Marketing Specialist Designation (IMSD). Cousineau also has earned her Associate Broker’s license.
