Stacey Cousineau Named Manager of Long & Foster’s Waldorf, Lexington Park Offices

Stacey Cousineau is the new office manager at Long & Foster's Lexington Park and Waldorf offices.

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, is pleased to announce Stacey Cousineau has been named as office manager for its Waldorf and Lexington Park offices. She brings many career achievements to her new position.

Cousineau began her real estate career with Long & Foster’s Waldorf, Md., office in 2003. She has been highly successful in the business, and in February 2015 was named as sales manager of the Lexington Park office. She brings to her new role, a background in settlement services, accounting and real estate law.

“I am very excited to continue working with the Lexington Park office and to work with the Waldorf office where I began my real estate career,” Cousineau said. “Long & Foster does a fantastic job of attracting high-caliber sales associates and clients, and has consistently led the industry in providing the best and newest tools, technology and training for its agents. I’m looking forward to continuing to build the business, support our agents and further the company brand at the Lexington Park and Waldorf offices.”

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Cousineau managed a title company and an accounting firm and assisted an attorney who specialized in real estate transactions. These positions provided her with a diverse knowledge of the real estate industry. She also continuously works to advance her knowledge and skill set by successfully completing continuing education classes. She holds the professional designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute, e-PRO certification, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, and the Internet Marketing Specialist Designation. Cousineau also has earned her associate broker’s license.
