Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Stacey Afflitto-Wain as a sales associate to its Kilbride & Cagnina Real Estate Group, affiliated with the company’s Colts Neck office located at 49 County Rd 537 West, in Colts Neck, N.J.

“We’re thrilled that Stacey Afflitto-Wain has joined the Kilbride & Cagnina group and the Long & Foster family—the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We operate with an agent-first mentality at Long & Foster, and that outlook helps ensure our highly skilled agents like Stacey have all the tools, resources and training needed to provide the total homeownership experience to their clients.”

Afflitto-Wain is a Hofstra University graduate and worked in the financial industry for 15 years as an equity sales trader. In 2012 after helping a few friends and family make their moves, she realized her real passion was in real estate and should be more than a hobby. Afflito-Wain said she has a love for Monmouth County’s many great amenities, such as the wonderful beaches, proximity to New York City ferries, restaurants and shops in Red Bank and great school systems.

“Buying and selling a home is one of the most important transactions of your life,” Afflitto-Wain said. “You should work with someone that actually cares about your needs just as much as you do. I am confident that when you work with me, you’ll see that my dedication is to you, not just the deal. Additionally, I think working with the Kilbride & Cagnina group will benefit all of us, and I’m excited to help build the Long & Foster name in this area.”

“Throughout our history, Long & Foster has attracted top-notch real estate professionals like Stacey, thanks to our focus on providing quality training and tools that help agents achieve business success,” said Michael Elliott, manager of Long & Foster’s Greater Princeton and Colts Neck offices. “The company’s commitment to helping home buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals also allows us to stand out in the market.”
