Ryan O’Connor Joins Long & Foster’s Devon, Pa., Office

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Ryan O’Connor as a sales associate in its Devon, Pa., office. O’Connor has joined the Devon office’s satellite location at Havertown-South Eagle and will be working with the Kevin Toll Team. The Havertown-South Eagle location is managed by Devon Manager and Vice President Janet Rubino.

O’Connor successfully completed Long & Foster’s Star Builders program, an extensive training course for newly licensed sales associates, as well as associates returning to the field of real estate. The program’s curriculum covers contracts, agency, prospecting, business planning, finance and working with buyers and sellers. O’Connor holds membership in the Suburban West Realtors Association.

“I have been involved in real estate for over a decade as a Realtor and an investor. I specialize in Philadelphia where I live with my family. I have a passion for real estate and assisting home buyers and sellers with obtaining their real estate goals,” O’Connor said.
