Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Reagan Tomlinson to its Grove office in Richmond, Virginia. Tomlinson will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Reagan join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Dawn Bradley, manager of the Grove office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Reagan unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Tomlinson is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Tomlinson holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

“Long & Foster’s educational programs, culture of support and industry leadership enables their agents to succeed,” said Tomlinson. “I am honored to be associated with this group of professionals.”

“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Participating in our Success Path program has provided Reagan with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Reagan to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for over 50 years.”

Raised in Virginia, and a graduate of Hollins College, Tomlinson has the hometown advantage. Purchasing her first house shortly after college, she believes in pride of ownership and enjoys helping clients achieve their home ownership goals. Tomlinson gained an appreciation for the importance of customer service while working for a major airline and within corporate human resources and benefits management in Virginia and Alaska. With her professional background based in providing solutions and relationship management, Tomlinson brings outstanding service to her clients.

After leaving Alaska, Tomlinson returned to Richmond to be closer to family and develop her career as a Realtor, with a specific, but not exclusive, interest in older properties. Tomlinson’s family lived in older homes for most of her childhood, which led to her interest in vintage properties. Her latest passion project, renovating a property circa 1886 in Richmond’s Arts District of Jackson Ward, combines two of her interests – historical preservation and urban revitalization. Tomlinson’s first hand knowledge of the renovation process provides a unique ability to see potential in older properties and appreciate the luxury of new construction.

Backed by a consistently top performing, well-trusted Long & Foster office with in-house experts in all areas of the buying and selling process, Tomlinson has the resources at her fingertips to provide a streamlined and efficient transaction for you. When she isn’t managing the restoration of her historic home, Tomlinson can be found advocating for children and animal rights, and pursuing wellness.
