“We are very excited and fortunate to have Nikki join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Amy Enoch, manager of the Tuckahoe office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Nikki unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Axman is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. Axman holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

“The love I have for helping people find a place to call home and the team atmosphere at The Yeatman Group made it an easy decision for me to join Long & Foster to continue my career in real estate,” Axman said.

“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Participating in our Success Path program has provided Nikki with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Nikki to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for nearly 50 years.”

Axman has over seven years of experience in the real estate and new construction industry, where she worked for both production and local custom builders. After graduating from the University of Delaware, she joined a company where she met her Richmond-native husband, Ben. She relocated to Virginia in 2011 to continue her career in new construction sales. Her determination and persistence was recognized when she was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2012, MVP in 2014 and President’s Club from 2014 through 2016.

Axman has had vast experience in the West End and Chesterfield areas, working with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers purchasing their dream home and empty nesters finding their forever home. She and her husband have been married for almost five years and have two children under the age of two. She loves her two Yorkie dogs, spending time at the beach and enjoys finding time for boating with the family at Lake Chesdin.
