The Maryland-Delaware Group to Represent Springtown Farms New Home Community from Insight Homes

December 21, 2015

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, has announced that The Maryland-Delaware Group is now representing Insight Homes’ Springtown Farms, a new home development in Milton, Del. The Maryland-Delaware Group of Long & Foster, a team of top-producing real estate agents, reached $50 million in sales volume this year in August.

“We wanted to partner with Insight because the builder rises above and beyond to produce quality homes, and we at the Maryland and Delaware Group strive to go above and beyond to provide a quality real estate transaction,” said Brandon Brittingham, CEO of The Maryland-Delaware Group. “We look forward to working together to provide excellent customer service and allowing our clients’ homeownership dreams to come true.”

The Springtown Farms community is nestled in farmland, wetlands and tall trees but is still convenient to the Delaware Shore. The community is limited in size with an aim of becoming a peaceful, tight-knit neighborhood upon completion. With 12 floorplans available, homes range in price from the $230,000s to the $360,000s, with a Whatley model open seven days each week.

Homes in Springtown Farms will include energy-efficient features, such as tankless hot water heaters, super low-E windows and LED-lighting. Each home qualifies for Gold Certification or higher from the National Association of Home Builder’s Green Builders Program.

Since 2007, Insight Homes has been employing innovative and industry-leading techniques to make their homes the epitome of efficiency. Insight provides the most energy efficient homes available, but they also feature amazing standard finishes like granite counters, recessed lighting and nine-foot ceilings. This brand new community is just 10 minutes from Rehoboth or Lewes and home to Cape Henlopen schools.

“More and more of our clients are looking to purchase and move into Delaware, and we believe Insight is best in class for the Delaware area,” said Bill Brown, team lead of the Delaware operations for the group. “Come see why, ”˜It’s just a better house.’”
