Marlene R. Cossio Joins Long & Foster’s Falls Church Office in Falls Church, Va.

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Marlene R. Cossio to its Falls Church office, in Falls Church, Va. Cossio will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Cossio is working to complete Long & Foster’s LEAP Path program, an extensive training course for newly licensed sales associates, as well as associates returning to the field of real estate. The program’s curriculum covers contracts, agency, prospecting, business planning, finance and working with buyers and sellers. Cossio holds membership in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

Cossio holds an economics degree from Universidad Boliviana Mayor de San Simon, in Cochabamba, Bolivia. She resides in Alexandria along with her son.
