Long & Foster’s Dawn Bradley Wins Realtor of the Year Award

Long & Foster Real Estate is proud to announce that Dawn Bradley, managing broker at the Grove office, has received the Realtor of the Year award from the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR).

The Realtor of the Year award is the association’s most prestigious honor and is bestowed upon an individual who has excelled in their chosen profession, who has volunteered extensively within the Realtor organization, and who exemplifies the Realtor spirit.

Bradley is described by peers as a pillar of the Realtor community, who continually educates agents, advocates for the profession, and serves extensively in the broader community.  Bradley has helped clients and customers achieve the dream of homeownership for 17 years.

During her tenure as president of the RAR, Bradley substantially raised members’ awareness of the Realtor Political Action Committee and led the association to make significant investments in philanthropic giving that continue to yield transformative results in our community. Beyond service to the RAR, her commitment to others includes actively supporting Communities in Schools, the American Heart Association, and Toys for Tots. Bradley is a woman of grace, good humor, extraordinary class and is the consummate ambassador for the real estate profession.

Prior to entering the real estate field, Bradley spent more than 25 years as an executive loan officer and founding bank president and CEO. She has lived in Chesterfield County for more than 40 years.

Bradley has a daughter Sara, who graduated from Longwood University and resides in Round, Virginia with her husband, Matt Harney, and children Morgan and Connor. Bradley’s grandchildren are her pride and joy.
