Long & Foster’s Bethesda All Points Office to Host Two Spring Real Estate Licensing Courses

Long & Foster Real Estate has announced that its Bethesda All Points office, located in Bethesda, Maryland, will hold two Maryland real estate licensing courses this spring.

The first session is from March 21 to April 30 with classes taking place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays and from 1-5 p.m. on Wednesdays. The second session is from April 30 to June 7 with classes taking place from 6-10 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The class is open to anyone who would like to begin learning about a career in real estate and would like to become licensed in Maryland. Long & Foster’s Bethesda All Points office is committed to training, developing and coaching real estate professionals at every level of their career. The real estate field is ideal for those who are dynamic individuals who have a desire to help people on their journeys home.

Successful completion of the 60-hour real estate principles class is the first step toward obtaining a Maryland real estate license. Classes will be held at the Long & Foster Bethesda All Points office, located at 4701 Sangamore Rd., Suite L-1, in Bethesda, Maryland, and each class has a 30-student maximum.
