Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, announced today that the Art Herling Team, based in Blue Bell, Pa., ranked 117th out of 250 for real estate teams nationwide, based on transaction volume in 2014, as ranked by REAL Trends, Inc.

Led by Art Herling, a real estate veteran with more than 34 years of experience, the Art Herling Team also ranked 148th in transaction sides by REAL Trends. The team includes a number of top producing agents and has a heavy market presence in the region. Herling said he credits the team’s energy, top-notch customer service, efficient communication, forward-thinking marketing and insider knowledge to their success.
