Wilmington-area office continues to grow with the addition of another talented sales associate

Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc., the largest independently held residential real estate company in the United States, today announced the affiliation of Toni Bowersox as a sales associate in its recently opened Greenville, Del., sales office, located at 3801 Kennett Pike, Building D, Suite 204.

Bowersox, a native Delawarean, joins the Greenville location – Long & Foster’s fifth office in Delaware – which opened in December 2012 as part of the company’s effort to expand its real estate services across the state. The office serves Wilmington and the Delaware Valley region. She joins a newly assembled team, which includes Greenville manager R.T. Christopher, the top-producing Levy Wilson real estate team, the top-producing Laskaris-Spruance real estate team, and highly successful sales associates Cathleen Wilder and Terri Sensing.

Bowersox, a licensed professional Realtor in Delaware, specializes in working with first-time home buyers and the listing of residential properties. She holds the professional designations of Certified Staging Specialist (CSS) and Certified Lighting Specialist (CLS), and holds membership in the National Association of Realtors, The Delaware Association of Realtors, and the New Castle County Board of Realtors. Prior to joining Long & Foster, Bowersox was a sales associate affiliated with Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate in Greenville, Del.

Prior to entering the real estate business, Bowersox, who holds a bachelor’s degree in early and special education from the University of Delaware, was a teacher. Passionate about giving back to the community, she is a past member of the board of directors of the Delaware Epilepsy Foundation, as well as a past member of the board of directors of the Camphill Special School, where she also served on its annual fundraising committee. Bowersox has also served as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity for Chester County, Pa., Meals on Wheels in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, and Connecting Generations, an in-school mentoring program in Delaware. Outside of real estate, Bowersox enjoys spending time with her daughter, as well as practicing yoga, fitness training, kayaking, hiking and traveling.
