Long & Foster Professionals Named As America’s Best Real Estate Agents for 2013

Ranking reflects agents’ high quality of service and industry expertise

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, congratulates its more than 100 real estate agents and teams that were recognized as the America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL Trends. The report ranks real estate professionals by sales volume and transaction sides for the 2013 calendar year, noting the leading agents in each state and metropolitan area.

Numerous Long & Foster agents ranked in the top 5 in several states across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region. In Delaware, Long & Foster’s teams swept the top 3 rankings by volume. The Mottola Group ranked No. 1, followed by The Leslie Kopp Group at No. 2 and Levy Wilson at No. 3. The Mottola Group also earned the No. 1 position by sides, with Levy Wilson coming in second and The Leslie Kopp Group in fifth. George Brown also ranked No. 2 for individual sides in Delaware. In New Jersey, Mark Arbeit and Co earned the No. 5 position for team volume. In Maryland, The Creig Northrop Team earned the No. 1 position for team sales volume and sides, and the Wydler Brothers took the No. 3 position for volume, with The Fleisher Group following them at No. 5. Greta Nicoletti placed fifth for individual volume, and Rich Perrera was No. 4 by sides.

In Virginia, Lilian Jorgenson ranked as the state’s No. 2 real estate professional by volume. Long & Foster teams Debbie Dogrul Associates and Tom & Cindy and Associates also earned high ranks for their sales volume and sides. Debbie Dogrul Associates was No. 1 in volume and No. 2 in sides, and Tom & Cindy and Associates was fourth in volume and fifth in sides across the state. In West Virginia, The Butch Cazin Team ranked No. 4 for team sides.
