Sales team of seven agents has over 30 years of selling experience on the Eastern Shore

Long & Foster Real Estate’s Great Neck office has announced it will open an auxiliary office at 6426 Maddox Boulevard on Chincoteague Island. The new location will help maximize the exposure of the many unique properties offered for sale in North Accomack County. Long & Foster is the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States.

The office of seven agents will be led by Patty Woodhurst and Ace Seybolt, who have more than 30 years of outstanding real estate experience on Virginia’s Eastern Shore behind them. The sales team includes John McGoldrick, George Tripp, Nikki Baker, Basia Shield and Sandy Daisey. Additionally, because Long & Foster is an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, agents in the Chincoteague office will benefit from access to a broad reach of international clients seeking exclusive properties and second homes in vacation destinations like Chincoteague.

The Chincoteague office will continue to provide resort rentals through Chincoteague Resort Realty. Many vacationers flock to the island, recently dubbed America’s Happiest Seaside Town by Coastal Living Magazine. Long & Foster’s Jeremy Caleb Johnson and Ann Randolph, managing brokers of Long & Foster’s Great Neck office in Virginia Beach, will manage the office. This new location will also offer agents the latest technology and facilities, both of which will greatly benefit not only the team at Long & Foster, but also their many clients.

“We are thrilled to continue our reach for buyers and sellers in the coastal areas of eastern Virginia,” Johnson said. “This latest addition allows us to include great options for people looking for properties in coastal and southeastern Virginia.”

“We are excited to welcome this seasoned team of professionals to the Long & Foster team,” said Scott Shaheen, senior vice president of Long & Foster’s Hampton Roads region. “The Chincoteague and North Accomack County location is a perfect spot to continue our growth in the Hampton Roads region, and with eight offices throughout the Tidewater area, we provide the best locations and convenience for all our buyers and sellers.”

Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, added that Long & Foster has been home to the best-trained and best-equipped agents in the industry for more than 45 years. “We have no doubt that this new Chincoteague office will be the go-to resource when consumers in the Tidewater area are looking to make confident, well-informed buying and selling decisions,” Scott said.

Long & Foster will host an open house for agents and the public at the new office on Tuesday, Aug. 26, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. For more information, visit www.LongandFoster.com.
