In 2013, Long & Foster’s transactions and settled volume both increased by more than 40 percent in the state, while sales volume has increased by more than 55 percent. Additionally, the number of homes sold by Long & Foster in Delaware increased by more than 72 percent in 2013, and in New Castle County alone, the company doubled the number of transactions compared to the previous year.
