Ron Glass of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Commercial Division, located in Vienna, Virginia, recently represented the buyer in a net leased investment transaction near Richmond, Virginia.

The factors influencing the buyer’s decision included a lease with a national tenant in the restaurant field, the term of the lease and a better than market CAP rate. The property traded for $4,531,310.

“We’re very pleased to have negotiated this transaction for the buyer,” said Ron Glass, managing broker of the Commercial Division. “We’re confident this will be a good fit for them.”
