Long & Foster Commercial Fully Leases Falls Church Development, MetroWest

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned real estate company in the United States, has announced that Ronald Glass and Erik Ulsaker of its Commercial Division, located in Tysons Corner, Va., have leased 100 percent of the retail units of MetroWest Center in Falls Church, Va.

MetroWest Center, developed by 1st Atlantic Properties, is conveniently located inside the Beltway, right off of Interstate 66. It is also walking distance to the West Falls Church Metro Station (Orange Line) and the C&O bike path.

Conte’s Bikes is currently open. Jimmy John’s sandwich shop and Utopic will follow in the coming weeks. Virginia ABC will open their doors in January.

Senior Vice Presidents Glass and Ulsaker represented the owner in negotiating the leases. Glass and Ulsaker are high achieving, top producers of the Commercial Division.
