Evers & Co. Uptown, Chevy Chase Circle locations to merge

In the vibrant D.C. housing market, there’s nothing more valuable to both consumers and real estate agents than a first-class real estate firm—a location where some of the best Realtors in the business work alongside leading brokers, with in-house access to mortgage consultants, insurance agents, settlement support and more. That’s why Long & Foster | Christie’s International Real Estate is bringing together its Evers & Co. Uptown office and Chevy Chase Circle office to form a powerhouse coalition in the Capital region.

The merger of these offices will occur the week of Dec. 18, with the agents from the Evers & Co. Uptown office on Jenifer Street moving to the Long & Foster location at 20 Chevy Chase Circle. Donna Evers, who founded Evers & Co., will become the managing broker for the newly merged office and its team of over 100 top-producing real estate agents.

“I am thrilled at the opportunity to lead this wonderful group of super talented agents,” said Evers, who has 35 years of experience and brings boundless energy and enthusiasm to her leadership position. “We will be sharing our ideas about providing exceptional service to our cherished clientele in the wonderful communities of neighbors we serve. We are committed to our vision of the irreplaceable value that our experienced, enthusiastic agents have for our buyers and sellers, and we look forward to this exciting collaboration.”

Founded by Evers in 1985, Evers & Co. specializes in traditional and luxury real estate services in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The firm was acquired by Long & Foster Real Estate in 2017, and its team continues to work under the Evers & Co. brand. The newly combined Chevy Chase Circle office will operate with both brands, Long & Foster | Christie’s and Evers & Co.

“This merger will join together our team of talented agents and build upon our dominant position in the greater D.C. metro region,” said Plaster. “The combination of these offices will strengthen and expand the already high quality of support and services that we offer buyers and sellers, as well as investors and renters, in the Washington metropolitan area.”
