Risco, who has her master’s in business administration, has been licensed as a real estate professional since 2007. Working with one of the largest real estate franchises in Philadelphia for six years allowed her to excel in the skill of working with buyer and sellers in various situations, such as estates, short sales, investments, sales and purchases. Risco expanded her education and experience by achieving various designations, which include Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist and as an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.

Risco achieved her broker’s license in 2014 and continues to advocate, negotiate and educate clients on how to achieve their goals in real estate. She is very active with the local Realtor board and seeks to remain abreast of all changes and events that effect the real estate market for all.
