Lisa Kirkpatrick Joins Long & Foster’s Old Ivy Sales Office in Charlottesville, Va.

As a third generation real estate professional, Kirkpatrick brings a lifetime of exceptional sales, marketing, negotiating and business development skills to all of her clients. Prior to moving to Charlottesville in 2009, Kirkpatrick was a member of a Top 1 percent team in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. She spent more than 10 years successfully assisting clients buy and sell properties in the ever changing, fast paced metro DC market as part of the Long & Foster McLean and Georgetown offices.

After settling into the Charlottesville area, Kirkpatrick took on a variety of volunteer roles. She was also an active member of the Charlottesville Newcomers Club serving as both co-vice president and president of the club. She currently serves as the chairperson of her neighborhood homeowner association’s Architectural Control Committee. Kirkpatrick joined the The Old Ivy Sales office to support Denise Ramey as a listing coordinator.
