Linda Forem Joins Long & Foster’s Grove Avenue Office in Richmond, Va.

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Linda D. Forem to its Grove Avenue office, in Richmond, Va. Forem will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Forem successfully completed Long & Foster’s Star Builders program, an extensive training course for newly licensed sales associates, as well as associates returning to the field of real estate. The program’s curriculum covers contracts, agency, prospecting, business planning, finance and working with buyers and sellers. Forem holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

Forem is an experienced marketing leader who connects with today’s digital, mobile and social media landscape. Skilled at negotiations and strategic planning, she has spent the last 30 years in Richmond as the general manager of top rated radio stations and cable advertising sales operations. She is the recipient of community service awards from City of Richmond, the Urban League and the Virginia Association of Broadcasters. Forem said she knows and loves Richmond from from all perspectives and looks forward to serving clients.

Forem holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in journalism/theater from The George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. She is a native of Richmond and graduated from Douglas Freeman High School. She is married with two grown children.
