The Blake & Ali Poore Team, which is led by Blake and Ali Poore and includes Jennifer Harned, come to Long & Foster from a competing local brokerage. Blake Poore brings almost two decades of experience as a consistent top-producing and award-winning Realtor, and he is well respected in the local real estate market. In addition to residential real estate, Blake Poore specializes in new construction and commercial sales, including multi-family units. Blake Poore received his associate broker’s license in 2006, and during his real estate career, he has received numerous awards for outstanding excellence in sales from the Richmond Association of Realtors.

Blake Poore attended Virginia Commonwealth University and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in London, England, and together with partners, opened a restaurant at age 22. His experience opening that and several other restaurants allows him to have a different perspective when representing his residential, commercial and business owner clients.

Ali Poore began her career in real estate sales in 2015 after 20 years in property management. Ali Poore worked for two of the nation’s largest property management companies, both as a property manager and regional portfolio manager across several states. Her extensive property management experience provides her with outstanding customer relations skills, attention to detail and creativity – all qualities she uses in each and every sales transaction.

In 2016, Ali Poore was the recipient of the A. Kenton Muhleman, Jr Scholarship and the ‘Rookie of the Year’ award from the Richmond Association of Realtors, and she was accepted into the 2017 Leadership Development Academy by the same association.

Jennifer Harned recently joined the team as transaction manager, and she will also be working with her own clients.
